These terms apply to orders placed through the Mahi Caterers app. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. About us. Mahi Caterers is a sweets and catering business based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
2. Accounts. You can sign up with your email or your Google account. You must give a correct name and mobile number so we can contact you about your order. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
3. Products and prices. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown on the Menu page. Our sweets are made fresh to order. Mix Mithai is priced according to the combination and ratio you choose. Gift box packaging costs ₹20 per box, added to your total. We may change prices for future orders; your order is charged at the price shown when you placed it.
4. Allergen notice. Our products contain nuts (cashew, almond, pistachio) and dairy (such as ghee and milk). If you have any allergy, contact us before ordering.
5. Placing and changing orders. An order is placed when you complete checkout. You can change quantities or add items within 48 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is covered in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Payment. You can pay online (UPI, cards, netbanking) through Razorpay, our payment partner, or choose cash payment on delivery. For online payment you may pay in full or pay a part (minimum ₹200) and the balance later. We do not see or store your card or bank details; payments are processed by Razorpay. Any balance remaining must be paid by the time of delivery.
7. Delivery. Delivery is covered in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
8. Our responsibility. We take care to prepare food hygienically and deliver it fresh. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
