Delivery date. You choose your delivery date at checkout. Please order early during festival season so we can confirm your date.
Delivery time. Delivery is made on your chosen date. We will contact you on the mobile number you provided if we need to coordinate.
Receiving your order. Please check your order at delivery. Sweets are perishable, so please store them as advised and consume them within the shelf life told to you at delivery.
Delayed or failed delivery. If we cannot deliver your order on the chosen date because of something on our side, we will contact you to reschedule, or refund you in full if you prefer.
